Santikos Collection Cancellation Policy

Notwithstanding the Hotel’s cancellation policy, where a Guest elects to cancel their booking due to:

- the Hotel’s government advising against all, or non-essential, travel to the region or city in which the Hotel is located;

- their flights being cancelled; or

- the Guest is tested positive for COVID - 19, as verified by a valid certificate of the test result, and elects to cancel their booking, up to three (3) days prior;

in each case as a result of measures to contain the spread of COVID - 19, then the Hotel shall cancel the booking free of charge.

Subject to the above, and in case the Hotel has received a prepayment from the Company and/or the Guest, the Hotel shall refund the prepaid amount on the booking check-in date.
